  I am pregnant and was told I should establish a relationship with a doctor somewhere. I enrolled here. They rang me and told me I needed to come in to have an appointment and I explained several times I couldn't right now. They promised me it would be covered under maternity so I didn't need to worry and reluctantly I agreed. When I got there they told me it wasn't covered under maternity and charged me $80. I feel completely deceived. Like they did it on purpose, knowing I couldn't, they tricked me.

  I am horrified by the treatment I received when asking about enrolment!!!! The poorly trained reception staff refused to comprehend when trying to explain my visa situation. Absolutely unaware of immigration visa procedure and Ministry of Health Conditions for eligibility, she tried to enforce her own beliefs refusing to analyse all evidences which testify my eligibility. Shocking!!!
