  Either the staff are overworked or they need to rethink their systems in order to care for their community. Hard to get an appointment within 48 hours, referrals and results slow. Note that the practice does not seem to offer holistic approaches and favours pharmacutical treatment.

  So impressed with this practice. Receptionist staff are the most useful I have ever had at a practice. The practice generally has a very happy feel, it is quite large and they have two centres. All staff seem really well treated as they seem happy to be there, which really comes across in the service. Appointments are generally on time, too. Blown away by this practice - never had one like it!

  This was my fantastic local Dr's practice before I moved away from Tauranga. My extended family still come here for excellent care

  Always happy with the care we get at 5th avenue, every Dr is caring and the nurses are amazing!!! Could not faulthe care we ha EA from Dr Kerry Thomas.

  I've been a patient for about two decades and have nearly always been happy with the service, professionalism, and comfortable and clean facilities. I appreciate the free Wi-Fi for patients, though it's very low bandwidth. The wee pharmacy off to the side of the pharmacy is convenient.
