::Terrible return policy - as in, they don't do refunds OR exchanges as a standard rule. Ridiculous when buying online, especially shoes or clothing. I had been granted by email a 'special allowance' to change a pair of shoes - when I went into the store I was told specifically by the owner that shouldn't have happened - even though it was her who sent the email! Apparently she didn't read it properly when she replied and somehow that was my problem. I was then lectured about the time and cost of returns and exchanges and why they don't do them, it was basically an attempt to bully me into seeing her side and made me feel totally uncomfortable. I will definitely not be shopping there again.

::Buyer beware - if you make a mistake on an order, don't expect any sympathy or understanding from this company. I did that, fell on my sword, took responsibility for my error, they agreed to exchange, I sent product back, including pre-paid return addressed courier bag to save trouble of them charging the postage, parcel didn't arrive in the timeframe I expressly asked for, not only that, on the expected delivery date, the parcel hadn't even been dispatched. Emailed query about where my parcel was, got told they weren't obliged to exchange (shows how much they understand about the Consumers Guarantees Act) , said they were doing me a favour, because they couldn't find the courier bag I sent with the returned goods, veiled suggestion that I lied, told me I was overreacting because the goods hadn't arrived at the time agreed to by staff member - said they didn't believe their staff member had told me she would get them back to me in time for their use....so in other words, I lied again?? They tried to say return goods didn't arrive to them until 4 days after I sent them - overnight courier disputes this. When I explained that because the goods hadn't been despatched, they were no longer of use to me because they were needed by Labour weekend at latest. Requested refund, was refused refund, with the comment "we will not issue a refund, but we will fulfil going the extra mile by sending to you at the first available opportunity".....unbelievable arrogance. This company has no customer service policy - don't ever make the mistake of choosing a colour, filling out all the details, accidentally hit the "back" button because that takes away your colour choice and resets the factory setting....hence my mistake, a simple human error. Lousy customer service followed up by totally unacceptable email from the company - The adage "the customer is always right" certainly doesn't apply to this company - talk about cut off your nose to spite your face - was it worth it for $25.00, I think not. Never again!
