::Not even one star for this store! Don't recomnend shopping at Cotton On Queensgate for your teen or friends birthday! Tried to swap gift and told very rudely that I need proof of purchase! Did I just steal it ? Had tags so not worn at all! Hence am left with small clothing that my daughter can't wear. I understand policies but not rudeness from dome one 1/3 of my age !
