  The young lady who said she is from the Upper Hutt store who served me today in the Lower Hutt Queensgate store 05/01/18 was lovely she was very helpful and her customer service was exceptional. Thank you for your help with finding me a new wardrobe. On my receipt it said I was served by Abigail. Thank you Abigail.

  Always have had great service from this branch. Today the manager of lower hutt branch Elizabeth has gone above and beyond for me and I especially appreciate it. She's great at what she does.

  Hiya I visited awhile ago had a job interview and I was served by shanny man what an amazing customer service experience I went to all the clothing shops in the Westfield mall and brought nothing because I was not greeted and the girls were to busy talking to eachother rather than customers but shanny was onto it kind helpful and I brought two items thankyou so much for the experience. Iv always thought I must comment on my experience because it was good.
