  The store is messy and not clean. Half the shelves empty even for basic grocery shopping. How can a supermarket run out of bananas so often??? Check out staff is nice tho

  It's okay but it's overpriced really. Food in New Zealand should just be so much cheaper. This place pays its employees a pittance and treats therm unjustly while charging the customers way too much. It just exploits the community.

  The countdown team treat their customer's with a lot of respect. Tidy super market and the assistance is grand.

  Great shopping, once U know where things R @ rows them in. Finally got 2 go back into Countdown Palmerston north.
