  Very clean, found staff always very helpful and friendly, don't find the bakery as good as some of the other supermarkets. They cater for most items, even a lovely selection of cut flowers roses, lillies, etc which they replace 3 times a week, one of the best when it comes to the flowers. Very busy Supermarket but they keep the checkouts all working when a lot of people there, not like some of the other one's where you stand around waiting.   My favourite supermarket to shop from. Always neat and tidy, shelf is always stocked up and staff are happy to help if by any chance you can’t locate something. I like how they always have fresh fruits in the kids basket. They display their prices properly which makes it easier to see what’s on special.

  Make or break rule for reviewing supermarkets - Do they help you immediately at self-checkouts? Well, at Countdown Kelvin Grove I have trouble with the self-checkout machine and as a lad this can be frustrating. Countdown staff always on the watch like batman. All I gotta do is signal and a happy bloke or lady will come help cheerfully. Good stuff Countdown Kelvin Grove!
