::Very clean, found staff always very helpful and friendly, don't find the bakery as good as some of the other supermarkets. They cater for most items, even a lovely selection of cut flowers roses, lillies, etc which they replace 3 times a week, one of the best when it comes to the flowers. Very busy Supermarket but they keep the checkouts all working when a lot of people there, not like some of the other one's where you stand around waiting. ::My favourite supermarket to shop from. Always neat and tidy, shelf is always stocked up and staff are happy to help if by any chance you can’t locate something. I like how they always have fresh fruits in the kids basket. They display their prices properly which makes it easier to see what’s on special.

::Make or break rule for reviewing supermarkets - Do they help you immediately at self-checkouts? Well, at Countdown Kelvin Grove I have trouble with the self-checkout machine and as a lad this can be frustrating. Countdown staff always on the watch like batman. All I gotta do is signal and a happy bloke or lady will come help cheerfully. Good stuff Countdown Kelvin Grove!
