  Came in here to pick up our tickets for a great walk and found the girl working the counter to be extremely rude. She made us feel like we interrupting her day and our questions were such a bother. Correct me if I’m wrong but you’re there to help people with information, no?

  Personnel désagréable, et incompétent lorsqu'il s'agit de donner des informations sur les sites gratuits ... bref, ne savent que donner des prospectus, un gros présentoir suffirait dans ce cas

  Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent resources for tourist. The helped us find the perfect hike, helped us plan the three day tramp, and put us in touch with transport to and from the trail heads.
