::Salamuch for the superb service!! Just done renewing my wife's and my 4 kid's passports today and despite of my wife having some errors filling up the papers, its still all flow smoothly. Thanks to the man on the front desk who help us sort out the papers, and to the lady who've done the encoding, you guys are awesome, understanding, and kind. God will reward your goodworks...God bless.

::This has been the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. Knowing that people working here are from a country which is known for great service and hospitality. A guy who they call “sir” was just yelling to anyone who’s about to take their passport photo. This place was meant to be a safe place for Filipinos living in New Zealand but turns out you won’t feel welcome at all once you receive service from them. If there was a “0” star rating here, it would’ve been that. Would not recommend going to unless it’s really urgent or important.

::The scent of home: residence in the facade however consular inside, the classic Tagalog language, the warm smiles, the classic accommodating presence, the normal high-pitch voice of the staff, some Pinoy applicants' not-so and funny antics like failing to bring the required stuff, beating set appointments, and forgetting to bring cash if not registered return envelopes. It is still a fulfilling and memorable moment to have come and transact business with the representatives of the government that I both admire and despise.

::Expect a less than average service and politeness from these folks.

::The staff was very kind and helpful, very understanding of the difficult situation that we Filipinos are going through during this time of pandemic. It was hard to get through the telephone lines but someone called back and helped, acknowledging they missed my call.
