  Buying a home is such a humongous, life-changing event.  And the whole real estate thing of: agents, lawyers, banks, building inspectors and local Council is so foreign to me.  Also; I had heard some ugly stories, so my hesitation and mistrust was real.  However; Jodi and Kerif at Eves Rotorua were magnificent throughout the entire process.  Always going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with how things were progressing, at every stage.  Their professional but personalised advice, guidance and communication gave me the confidence to actually take the leap into home ownership.  They endeavoured to make the whole process as stressless and straight forward as possible.  Thanks to you guys, I actually have a home!  Woohoo!  Yussss!
