  LJ HOOKER YOU'RE THE WORST! would unfortunately be my slogan for the Rotorua branch. I rented a property from them that, admittedly, the 'LANDLADY' said was quiet with good tenants. The flat upstairs had loud pounding music going @ MN some WE nights & when I tried to do something about it, (what agent is going to come out @ that time?) I felt like the baddy!! The place was infested with cockroaches. 1 positive thing they, (the landlady), did let me out of my fixed tenancy early. 6-7 weeks later, my bond from had still not successfully been submitted after a verbal reassurance 6 weeks ago th st it had gone!!??! Come on LJ surely you can do better than this !!??😕
