::We found the service really obnoxious. The older man amongst the staff declared 'everything has egg in it', when asking about vegan cakes! I suggest vegans boycott this place...obviously not vegan friendly, even though it publicizes on its web site that it is!!! Truly disappointing.

::Really lovely coffee and staff, I ordered the toast and jam on the first visit and the jam was really nice but was a little disappointed as I only received 3 small pieces of toast. The 2nd time my sister and I went we ordered the corn fritters and pancakes which were both superb but very big servings of them, so if you're hungry then you'll be good.

::These guys are awesome. We were a bit late in the day for a meeting but provided us with great coffees and teas. Very friendly and helpful. As right in the centre of Welly its a great place to go for meetings. Handy for all the cruise ship visitors too. Thanks for going the extra mile and providing great service.

::Food tasted good and was plentiful. The Felix Cafe is a very good rest stop for a long morning-afternoon of touring the city. We ordered from the specials menu and the staff was very helpful when we had to ask about dietary questions. Actually dodged a bullet there and didn't order something that was detrimental for me. With that in mind, I would have hoped for some dietary markings on the menu instead of asking separately for each of the items on the menu. The location is great, just at the end of Cuba Street and right by the i-site. Food is good. Definately recommend if you're on the fence.
