  Terrible customer service, will reply to emails when it comes to taking your cash, but will not reply when the product arrives faulty. Regret purchase and has a put a negative feeling over the whole experience of an expensive bit of equipment

  Do not buy their cheap "apple" earpods. Those are fake ones and absolute garbage, I can't even use them. They sold them to me as iPhone earphones which is a lie.
