  Terrible customer service, will reply to emails when it comes to taking your cash, but will not reply when the product arrives faulty. Regret purchase and has a put a negative feeling over the whole experience of an expensive bit of equipment

  Easy ordering, prompt response to order, prompt postage and delivery, very reasonable price for quality product, one product variation rectified by the Brand Company. Thank you to Kylie. Very happy and would deal with this company again. Wish there were more people like this.

  Do not buy their cheap "apple" earpods. Those are fake ones and absolute garbage, I can't even use them. They sold them to me as iPhone earphones which is a lie.
