  Experience likely dependent on where on- premises - you stay. Older section - (where I stayed) somewhat agricultural. Budget Option- in my case: though that mayn't be representitive. Practical, Hygenic, Clean & well presented room. Though rooms subject to exterior sound. Overall experience - good.

  Good stay for single/couple/family for a couple of nights. Pros: close to city centre. Lots of restaurants, cafe, supermarket nearby. Friendly staffs. Cons: Cleanliness not so great and poor housekeeping. While they replaced towels and made my bed, they never actually cleaned my room. This was the biggest downside during my stay here. It can be noisy if your room is facing the street. Wifi not so reliable, but this depends on which room you are located.

  Booked for one night. This place has the potential to be something beautiful. Man behind desk pleasant and chatty. However walking into foyer where our room was instantly hit with a foul smell. Discovered it was wet possibly rotting carpet. Was extremely unpleasant for a first impression. Walked into room thought was nice - vintage looking. Could still smell the odour from the foyer. Noticed wallpaper bubbling like water was dripping through it. Paint on sealing peeling off. Bathroom sink tap completely rusted around the bottom with rust drips making the sink look filthy. And blue plastic bucket for wet towels in the bathroom had black hairs in the bottom. If maintenance was kept up and cosmetic things were fixed this could be a beautiful place to stay. But at this stage we won’t be back.

  For King Spa Room. Summary: Location is about the only thing going for it. Pros: Location and on site car park (also a con below). Cons: Car park has only a few free spaces (first come first served) others are charged, zero sound proofing from other rooms/levels, light fittings away from ceiling, mould net curtains, some windows that will not open, some windows that will not close unless assisted by pushing from outside whilst someone is pulling inside, issue with filth bath water from ill service plumbing maintenance.

  Great location. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. The room was as expected. Nothing fancy, but for the price and location it was great. The only concern I had was the door at the end of the hall was really loud. Anytime someone would go in or out of it, it would wake us up. We also had someone try to open our door during the night, but that was not the establishment’s problem. Just a confused guest
