  I'm used to buying my electronics online, but if you want the peace of mind that comes with extended warranties, face-to-face service, etc., this place is great. Have been in multiple times and have made two big purchases from here, and each time I've been really impressed with the service, speed, and level of organisation. Love this location!

  Hi there, First they send me an email to pick up my order. Than one, that I can't, than another one, I can ! Than I drive to Harvey Norman to pick it up, took them a while to find out, it's not there and I got told , that I got another email, which says that I can't pick it up, what is not true.than they told me they would delivery it after work, was waiting, nothing happened. Next day called me again said the same, ...But again, nothing happened ! Finally after 5 days, in the morning, the bell was ringing :( It's my second time with Harvey Norman,....same disappointment as first time !! First time,I called them about a camera, if they would beat the JB-HIFI price (because of the Airpoints), they said yes, so I drive to pick it up,...just to get noticed they can't match that price ! Anyway JB-Hifi was a great experience,... Harvey Norman, ...never again !!!

  Did all my Xmas and boxing day there. Good customer service. Price same as online - but I prefer click and collect and found this store more convenient to pick up. They have exclusive parking for customers. So I had to come back to my review to say how disappointed I am. From those Xmas gift I got, one was an apple watch that I sent with family to my sister overseas. The most expensive they had. 😑 Well, they sold me an APPLE ID LOCKED watch. So I actually paid a full price for a second hand product. Thanks guys. I had to go at least twice at the store for little to none help.😡 They had a great idea to return the product (remember the overseas bit)?... Still it's unacceptable their process on selling returned products. Never buying anything there again.

  Fantastic service. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in door and had staff member with us in 2 minutes. Very happy.

  We went here to purchase few electronic items. The customer service was good, the staff had extensive knowledge. The place is accessible by wheelchair. It is disabled friendly. Billing and payment experience was smooth. The pricing was cheaper than other stores.
