  Where do I even begin.. First of all, the customer service was extremely unprofessional and rude. It is the worst I’ve even seen. Unbelievable. Delivery took much more longer than as advertised (it took more than 2 weeks for the product to be delivered to my house). I will never purchase anything from this store again. Please get your act together.

  Purchased online from Heathcotes for a fridge. Great price for the latest model I was after with fast delivery. The best part was there was a small issue with the product (outside of the control of Heathcotes) which they immediately sorted with the supplier for me. Great experience and I will be back. No cowboys here.

  My boy came in this morning to layby his first purchase an iphone 7+ not one person came to ask what he'd like he felt uncomfortable so came to get me to go inside the store with him still no help and the shop was empty with a whole lot of salesmen in a bunch chatting...I told my son to go in alone as this was a young adult thing to pity the grown adults are to busy to do their job except for the lovely asian guy Ken who seemed to be the only busy one behind is desk but stopped to help us ...This star is for you Ken you are the Man!

  Staff are always very helpful. Excellent product knowledge and a high level of customer service.
