  This branch charged me $6.00 to scan and email 10page document, The documents never arrived via email. Called store several times after I had left, to get it sorted as items were urgent. First call at 5pm told me to call back in 30 minutes. When I called back at 5:30pm the ph went to answer machine. The store closes at 6pm! Will be arriving in the morning for my refund THANKS - you literally only had One job !

  Went to here to buy a USB stick and asked if they would transfer a file from my laptop to the USB... he said he would have to ask and came back said no that's not a service we provide... well can you show me how to do it... he said it's against store policy because of liability sorry... what??!! How ridiculous!!!

  Staff were friendly and helpful but not enough staff on counter. Disappointed that a simple thing like printing a receipt duplicate had to be done be a supervisor. Sorry warehouse but that's just dumb.

  Loved how considerate the assistants were! They were helpful in giving us all the information they could to help us make the best purchasing decision
