  Bought a bed. Had a really good experience talking to a salesman who was obviously proud if the way these beds are put together here in Wellington.

  Was great service in store, good pricing, and fast delivery of king bed + set of bunks. Unfortunately the deliveres brought mud through the house. This could be forgiven, if it wasn't for the bunks. Firsty the instructions gave no info about what screws to use where (many different types). Also one of the brackets on the bunk had not been attached correctly, so I couldn't complete them. After more than a week of waiting for a response from House of Beds, their answer was fix it yourself or wait another week for us to come around. Very poor after sales service folks.
