  Needed a part for my car. They sourced the part and gave me a price. I was given the total price and was asked to give a $50.00 deposit before they would order. I was happy with that. When the part arrived I went in to collect it. I was then told there was GST and freight to add on to the cost. I explained to the owner that the other person who ordered my part said it was all inclusive. She (the owner) told me the other staff member was incorrect. I told them I was not happy about this at all. I had no choice than to pay up. Only because I had put a deposit down I walked out with the part, otherwise I would never have accepted this. Be careful with this business. Never again.

  They gave me a quote for wines then I asked them could tell me why the back keeps making a thud they said maybe it's the shocks that was OK but then I got another mechanic to have a look less than two minutes he comes out and says no bump stops that's why you hear a thud wonder where Kelly's mechanic got trained no good

  Kelly automotive is probly the best i have been to in whangarei. You are always greeted well and all prices are quoted while you wait
