  If it was possible to score lower, I would. Purchased an American style F/F, an 'ex display item' - been told by the store manager the item is brand new, full working condition & warranty. Item had dents on side (haven't been advised of it and wasn't possible to see in store due to being between a wall and another f/f) but was OK with that as will not be seen. However, items were missing (egg tray), diary compartment was broken and chipped. Fridge froze foods at 6C, ice dispenser didn't work fully (no cubed ice). No manual (store printed something from online site), incomplete plumbing pack. Store promised to fix and send a technician. Month passed. No one turned up. Rejected the item under the CGA. Store didn't pick up the item by stated date, promised refund (still waiting 2 months on). Customer service appalling and all you can find is an 0800 number. Store only cares up to the sales point.

  Shoukd be called Some Kitchen things Sometime...Brought 3 items Oven, Rangehood, Dishwasher - paid asking prices for new items. To date: 1 was supplied shop soiled, 1 was a customer return (missing original packaging), and a month later I'm still chasing the third. No Discounts, No proper explanations, just no service - But in the middle of massive reno and cant find same items else where so stuck with them - if you can get these brands elsewhere do. Was intending to buy a 4th appliance from here - but don't want further disapointment.
