::We hired a SUV from Koocar Christchurch and returned to Queenstown. Car was clean, tidy and new. Guys were very helpful at both offices. They seem to be a new business and still learning the industry. When we returned the car in Queenstown they drove us to the airport in the same car so we didn't have to lug around our luggages. We couldn't get a response from the phone number provided but left a Facebook message which they returned within 2 hours. So don't get frustrated if they don't answer. Best to send a text message to the mobile number provided. We will certainly use them in the future. Prices were reasonable in the high season.

::Received a replacement rental from another company I was renting from. Had to return the car an hour late on boxing day (scheduled for 6:30pm). Arrived at 7:30pm, no listed contact number, nobody at the office. Cleaner at the office could not identify the company Koocar as being a tenant at the building. Apparently the Google address listed is not an official address. The rental company that refered me to Koocar was able to get me in touch with a staff of Koocar. Staff was upset and claims to have waited 2 hours from 6pm to 8pm at the "office" and was upset at me that he had to work on a holiday, even though the company agreed to receive the car that day. After all the running around to find the correct return location, said staff requested me to deliver the car to his home address. I arrived by 8pm (weird since he should have still been waiting for me at his office around this time). Would not give me a ride back into the city center because his day had already been ruined, so I walked back from his home after dropping the car off. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this company until I had to return the car. Would not have found this company under normal circumstances, since it isn't properly listed. Don't be surprised if you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation with Koocar.

::Don't rent from them. Poor customer service. Showed up at 8:45am and their "office" was closed. Was calling the number on the window when the garage opened, the agent was surprised and did not seem to be abme to handle the situation. I waited while the contract loaded on the computer from an outside source. He handed me the printed out contract and wanted me to sign it. Didn't go over the terms and conditions with me. I did the walk around the vehicle and he copied the from I filled out. If I wasn't doing a free transfer I definitely would have gone to another rental company
