  APPALLING SERVICE. they told me it would be an hour, so i waited, came back and they hadnt even touched the car! I let them know before hand that I had to be at work in an hour and a half, yet i come in and find one of the mechanics sprawled across the customer couch on his phone to be told 'we were busy'.

  Not very trustworthy..was told I needed over $1000 worth of work done on car. Had an independent review done by usual mechanics - none of the work stated by metro auto service was required. A wOF was given by them even though the work they said needed doing would've meant the car was unsafe on the road. Would not trust these guys sorry to say.
