::It's okay ask too many questions and not about the actual product which customer is looking for. Managers are better informed , staff need more product knowledge about what they are selling including weight of items in some cases.The approach is very quick and efficient.

::Unwelcoming.. had gone in to get watch battery done but both staff were with customers so i waited till they were free.. a guy walks in a few minutes later and one of the staff actually acknowledges him while she was with a customer and attends to him as well straight away... so decided to just leave.. found it rude actually
