::I posted the review, below with one star, then the team at MoleMap got in touch and were quite lovely and willing to listen and put things right. I've now changed my review to 5 stars for this reason. Their willingness to listen and to solve any problems has made me reconsider my choice not to use this service in the future. I rang to cancel an appointment as I am, unfortunately no longer able to afford it, but I was so harassed about it, about whether or not I could afford it Right Now and having a payment plan pushed, that it really has put me off making an appointment in the future, for when I can afford it
