  One of the best and Standard cookies ever. I can still smell the cookies ,though it was almost 5 years apart. The symbol of Auckland, the recipe for one bite's happiness. Perfect! Loved the shortbread ones. :)

  UPDATE: Okay I couldn't wait to try it again and second time was a charm... the triple chocolate was delicious and soft just like advertised. Updating rating I'll try one again as surely the one I got was hopefully kind of a fluke. I opted for a Polka Dot which I usually never get (as chocolate chip is always a go-to for any brand), but it looked to be the most dough-like soft and chewy one, as their brand and cookie bags state, but it was actually quite crunchy 😔. It was a little after noon as well and I was hoping that being fairly early in the day, plus with all of the lunch rush, that surely it wouldn't have been sitting out too long, but maybe it had. Like I said, I'll try another another day where I hope to see that most don't require you to break pieces off with your hand and instead just nicely fall apart with a soft bite. The lady at the counter smiled though, and while we didn't really exchange any words, she seemed nice.
