  Last time I came here with a friend for a pick up, who I assume was the manager started yelling at the employee over nothing. They were so spooked they hit their head, poor thing. Felt really uncomfortable for the short while I was there and based off that experience I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Gave off bad vibes. Seeing reviews left by other people seems to indicate this hasn't changed over the years. Take your business elsewhere!

  Terrible service here. I took in my bridesmaid dress to get it dry cleaned, and when I went to pick it up the material had been damaged. The manager acknowledged this and offered to re-process it. I was reluctant in case it was damaged further to which she replied 'It couldn't get much worse'. When I went to pick it up a second time it was a bit better but still very much not the dress it once was. The manager denied this and said it was 'like it was before' despite not having seen it when I first took it in. When I tried to reason with her she became hostile and insinuated that I was after money. Special memories of my sister's wedding were linked with this dress, now when I look at it I am just upset.

  rude,expensive, unclear how things work and when asked for advice you feel like your bothering the staff. will never ever go back and will never recommend it either. sorry but, this is my only and last experience with them.
