  Absolutely poor service... !! It’s been too long ...and still waiting to be credited... Even...no reply from the support team. It’s not a fake review ( any 1 can contact me for further clarification in this regard ) Never..ever.. use # OrbitRemit for Emergency cases ...my humble request 🙏🏻🙏🏻

  Wow, the most easiest way to send money internationally in the world I would say. BUT, first time you must verify your account by uploading your passport, drivers license copies, this is not an automated process, so they take like 2 days to completely verify you. Then it takes only one day to get the money to my account. Not sure why some reviews say they are holding the money, might be they haven't verified them self? And the rate is superb, always over even the mddle rate of banks and very cheap flat fees. No any hidden fees. I have sent money twice with OrbitRemit. Not sure about customer service, haven't call them. But they reply to your messages sent from your account within like 2 days. That's ok with me compared to the higher rate and lower fees we getting. It is completely hassle free once you get your self verified I think.

  Watch out! They are holding your money for several days. They also change the exchange rate to lower one, on the last minute. They used to be OK before, but recently it's becoming a SHADY company. click "like" if this is helpful to you.

  I have made many transactions through orbitremit. Most of them reach the beneficary's account the next working day, unless there is a public holiday in my home country. At times, it takes 2-3 working days, but that's fine, as it's mentioned in their FAQ section, so I fail to understand why people complain if it takes more than 1 day. If you need money to reach in your account the day you transfer try transferring via banks. I love orbitremit as it gives best rates as compared to other companies and the customer support is fast in resolving issues.

  I just made my first transfer with Orbit Remit. It was super easy and fast, and I wish I'd used them sooner. The USA banks recently changed their laws, so my bank was no longer able to do a direct credit from my US currency account. My student loan payment was due, and I needed to get the money to them as fast as possible. It took two days to setup an Orbit Remit account and get the money to my USA bank account. The fastest I've ever gotten money over.
