::We had the most disappointing experience here last week, similar to the scene from Pretty Woman when Julia Roberts walks down Rodeo Drive. The two staff we dealt with both lacked product knowledge, courtesy and basic customer service skills. We have previously purchased from here, however due to rude, inexperienced and extremely poor customer service from Pascoes, we instead purchased next door at Michael Hill Jeweller where we were immediately offered a cheese platter.

::6/6/19 Pascoes was my first port of call this morning to look for a bday gift for my granddaughter. The shop was clean and well lit and a staff member greeted me with a friendly 'good morning' as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed help. She asked me a few more questions about the gift etc and proceeded to show me four (4) items which she thought matched the clues I had given her. They were all good matches, but one in particular caught my eye. Got what I was looking for, plus they had a sale on. Happy I chose them first.

::My first visit to the store. Busy store with friendly staff. I took a watch in that was purchased elsewhere to have the strap adjusted. I popped back less than ten minutes later and it was all ready, went to pay for the adjustment, but there was no charge, even though watch was not from their store. So, there are still some things in life that are free and come with a smile! Thankyou
