Great place. Good range of products &, brands, with very knowledgeable staff.

I used to love this shop but after they disappointed me twice, I would never come back again. First time I took a passport photo and use it for my travel visa but the immigration system wouldn't accept it as the quality of the photo is bad, blurry and there is a reflection on my front head. I came back to take another one, I also had to pay twice to get this second one done BUT the quality is worse than the last time. I can't believe they charged me $20 for email photo only but the size is super small, the background also has my shadow and blurry. I was really mad and came back to the store to ask for another email sending with higher quality, not even ask for another shot. Then the guy asked me to come back in 45mins as there was not enough staff to send me email??? Well, so what are you doing in the store? I don't get it and I definitely never come back. $40 for nothing . Done.

I bought a few small things here and there with these guys over the years but almost every visit to either Auckland store is a consistently terrible experience. Staff are usually unhelpful, rude or pushy. The absolute kicker was a recent instance where I was asking about a interchangeable lens camera that had IBIS, weather sealing and suitable focal length lenses for a relative's trip to Africa and the guy basically immediately turned his back on me and tried to push a Canon point and shoot. Don't bother coming here if you want a decent shopping experience. In my experience either the Auckland Camera Centre or Photogear are far, far more friendly, helpful and 10 times less pushy.

Currently in Auckland for a holiday and was really devastated to find out that I have left my Oly em10 charger at home. Went to Photo Warehouse Queen St. Branch just to check if they've got some affordable charger. Their sales consultant, Jase offered to recharge my battery instead! Now that's great customer service!
