  - nice, clean rooms - friendly people - have basic necessities if you need to cook - stove - fridge/freezer - dishwasher - oven - close to the small shopping center - close to Starbucks - WiFi (up to 5 devices but it didn’t work for us, might be user error) - secure parking (note they haven’t change the fee on the website but it’s $14 per night) Thanks for the awesome stay guys and letting us check in so early :) Only thing I’d say is need a fan in the room And if you can’t sleep at night with loud noises, don’t stay here... you will hear everything (sirens, people, car)

  Quite possibly one of the most depressing places I've ever stayed. Felt like I was sleeping in the office.

  Lovely room and staff went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable (especially Joe). Nice and Central to Hamilton. Great amenities!

  Ken and Joe are great hosts. Our apartment a little dated and needs an upgrade

  First time staying here. I really enjoyed the room. It has everything you need. Very clean room and staff are great.
