  Book though a booking site. It's actually lovely and it has alot of Parking which is a bonus

  rooms are lovely and clean, stayed at room 6. the view outside the window is blocked by the barricade for the road but everything else is perfect

  We would like to share our bad experience during our one-night stay in this motel. The actual motel ammenities and room were fine. The service however was disappointing. An hour after checking out we received a call from the hotel manager (Zing) who suggested that we had broken the coffee plunger. She also suggested by text that she was going to charge us $25. When we called back, despite telling her that it was not broken when we used it, she insisted that we had broken the plunger and that she didn't believe us. We wanted to discuss the situation with the motel owners as we felt is was unreasonable that we were accused of this. She refused to put us through to them saying that it wouldn't make a difference As I had made the booking through ‘Wotif’ I told her that I was going to complain to them with regards this incident, she indicated that I was threatening her and that if I complained she was going to make a police complaint. If we broke something we would have no qualms paying the $25 - that was never the issue. We were disappointed with the way it was dealt with and that we were accused of lying. After this conversation I got a text from Zing that she would pass this message to the owners and let them decide. I have not heard anything back yet and it has been over 24 hours since I checked out.

  A really lovely place to stay. They couldn't do enough for you , nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are lovely and clean and very homely. I would very much recommend it.
