  Dont let the name 'Rent a dent' put you off, this is a great rental company. The best I've dealt with, they are very easy going, our rental was very last minute so we got a bit of a banger but it ran on the smell of an oil rag. They also provided a shuttle to the airport that left when we needed it to go.

  The didn't tell me about the daily limit on k's (I didn't even know that was a thing anymore??). I only found out after they sent the bill, and I needed the extra charges explained. They took no responsibility as they 'tell all customers there's a daily limit on k's'. She did not tell me, she forgot. I would not have used them for my (minimum) 5 hour return trip that day, I would have hired from Avis instead, like I do now; they are just around the corner (vaialou st), only marginally more expensive, but newer vehicles, and unlimited k's.

  Perfect car hire in Hamilton. I escorted my grandparents to Rent a Dent car hire on Anglesea St where they were hiring a car. They were greeted by friendly staff, presented with a modern car that was in immaculate condition, and given a very good explanation of the car hire process. The car was very economical and perfect for my elderly grandparents. The staff were equally friendly and efficient with the returns process. I would definitely recommend hiring from here!

  I'm always renting from here. Jim and Sally are hardworking and always accommodating. Prices are competitive and cars are mostly in a good condition.
