  Booked this hotel for two reasons; the view and the spa facilities. We got neither. Our view was of a huge noisy construction site and the spa wasn't even operating, despite still being advertised around the hotel. While it's understandable that these things happen, it should be advertised on their website. I even messaged to confirm details about the spa and recieved no reply. There was not enough parking at the hotel and we were blocked into a park staff advised us to park in despite them telling us no one would park in front of us. Our air conditioning unit in our room did not work. The beds were lumpy and when I raised the all of the above issues with staff they had no real explanations for all the down falls that made our stay so disappointing. The only real positive was the location but I would recommend staying elsewhere away from the construction noise. If you want a nice relaxing stay in Queenstown I would not recommend staying here.

  Our 1-bed apartment was a good size and comfortable. The kitchen was a decent size so you can easily dine-in if you wanted. TV only had a few channels, couch was comfortable, bed was firm, glassware was plentiful, overall it was a great stay. Word of caution - Scenic Suites is at the top of a hill, so if you are without a car you'll get a workout too.

  Absolutely fantastic place to stay if you are visiting Queenstown New Zealand. The rooms here are large very clean and very well maintained and some of the rooms have great views over the lake and town. We have stayed at Scenic Suites twice and thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. There is a car park, laundry facilities and a small bar with snacks plus a very nice on site restaurant where the food was exceptional. The staff were all helpful and very friendly, willing to do all they could to ensure you had a great stay. A really fabulous place to stay.

  These units are in an excellent location, great views and just a short walk down into town. The one bedroom suite has a really well equipped kitchen and everything you need to self cater. We had the top floor which was magic for the views in all directions. We loved the glass walls to the dining area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

  I honestly loved it here. I was in Queenstown during some long-term traveling and decided to splurge on a night here. Completely worth it. Gorgeous scenery from every window-- I just watched the outdoors instead of bothering with the television. Very comfortable apartment. Has everything you need. Relaxing bath. Delicious breakfast with room service. Only wish I was able to stay longer. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
