::I had very bad experience with Shorland Holden service team. I went to fix Holden Cruze transmission problem and lack of fuel economy. I have suggested to check the transmission oil and change bcz of gear shifting problem and I used to get 12km per litre fuel economy last one year and it come down 7km per litre . I asked to check the fuel consumption as well . After two hours they called off and gave report that car runs smoothly and doesn’t have any gear shifting problem and fuel economy is normal . Haven’t check anything and gave report . After i explained the same problem they ask me to come again next day . I wasn’t satisfied with the service team explanation bcz they haven’t knowledge about the maintenance and trouble shoot . As I have been experienced in automotive service from past few years and graduated in mechanical engineering. So that I have kneen knowledge about the car . The person who attend my car doesn’t know the basics of car maintenance. So that I didn’t went with them again . They charge me unnecessarily without checking anything. That’s unethical to charge a customer without performing anything. I didn’t pay them but due to a parts need i forced to meet again and they force me to payback. The person who talks from management side was so rude and behave mannerless. I wonder how could a top branded car company given their dealership to this kind of people. At least Holden company has to train the basics to their staffs . Shame of Holden company about this . They failed to keep their after service and customer satisfaction. I will posts the records below and suggest everyone that if anyone have any trouble except the normal services get right information from them before you give . Otherwise waste your money for nothing. Kindly advise to train all of staff about the periodic maintenance shewdule and the basics . Appoint at least one qualified trouble shooting technician. Else your service made customer to hate Holden brand . Treat all customers same . Thanks

::Yeah unfortunately we had the experience of purchasing a second hand vehicle from Shorland with a few problems........But these have been rectified & have had no problems since!.
