  Really nice, quiet most times like today, Staff are nice and real, good place for both short term and long term residents. cheaper than most tertiary housing in hamilton. good job YWCA

  Stayed here for over a month, Staff and people are friendly. Location of the hostel is in good proximity to Pac n Save, the lake and CBD. Cleaners to a great job to maintain the shared facilities.
