  Very happy with hotel. Great rates and upgraded to a spa suite.

  Paid full price for accommodation, looked well. Come back to the hotel after an event after hours of reception to find the spa in our room was broken. Problem couldn’t be resolved as staff were out and in the morning all they could offer was a block of chocolate. No happy with service

  Had all the necessities for an enjoyable stay, including a bluetooth speaker in each room as well as a spa in the back. However, everything is somewhat dated and the bedding is on the underside of comfy. Overall it's a decent place to stay in a good area if you're enjoying the many sites and activities Rotorua has to offer. Updates to the decor and utilities in the rooms could easily make this a preferable motel in the area.

  Awesome motel to stay at the staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay there as comfortable as possible would definitely recommend my friends to stay at this establishment.....

  Alway very welcoming. Love the spa in the rooms. Rooms are big and clean. Beds comfortable
