  Clean spacious and good facilities staff were friendly and price was good will definitely return!

  Clean and tidy but no air conditioning so very hot in the room. We were given the disabled access room, but neither of us are disabled. The room is at the front of the property right by the road but traffic noise was not a problem as noise from fan blocked it at night.

  Administration assistant was very friendly and really helpful, provided a handful of coupons with discounts for attractions around Rotorua i.e ZORB and Agrodome Rooms were fantastic, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely visit again.

  I used to book in here about 5 times a year and I really enjoyed it but now it has a completely different demographic of guest (ie: Loud, rude, spit wherever you please type of guest) and has become a NOISY free-for-all especially late at night. Which is a real pity. For the prices we paid, I expected a bit better. Not one to typically write reviews but I feel deeply disappointed with this experience as it is part of my annual Christmas break. Unfortunately I will NEVER be back again!! There are many more motels to choose from that are better priced.

  Excellent rooms. Lots of space with a balcony upstairs and down. Easy to find on the main strip of hotels. But not really a quick walk to muchalong that strip other than more motels.
