  Nice clean hotel. Really stands out at night with the green lights. Used the laundry service here which was really convenient. Be aware that the area smells like sulfur because of the springs.

  Amazing place, food is great, both dinner and breakfast are buffet and the quality is amazing. Very friendly staff and also helpful. Clean rooms and modern. Pool is heated and they have 2 outdoor spas both open till 2230. On site gym has modern equipment. Always a pleasure staying here, by far one of my favourite my places to stay in Rotorua.

  My partner and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Rotorua and were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed and the room in general. The view was awesome as well. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only slight improvements could be towel rails in the bathroom and a full length mirror. Oh and ... the porter, I think his name was 'Aaron' was a star! He's worth his weight in gold! Thank you for everything.

  Though the building is little old fashioned, cavities are good. Chapman restaurant gives you a better experience. Clean neat and tidy place. Bar is functioning till 11 only. Spa and pool are temperature controlled. Totally a very good place to stay f you are visiting Rotorua
