  thank you to all the staff who took care of my son . the staff were friendly and informative. we were real well looked after and it made us feel safe . the staff seem really happy and it shown. very good service. once again i would like too thank every one who took care of my son and me cheers Valentino and Jason 🤗🤗

  We had a terrible experience here, we were a number that needed to be processed. No information or care. Other patient records were left on our bed. These records contained a full patient medical history of every current patient in the hospital printed on an A4 piece of paper. The wrong discharge papers were given when they were rushing us out the door 10:00 PM so, again, we looked at personal medical data of another person. All discharge questions couldn't be answered. Questions such as, "What can I expect in the next 24 hours?" or "When do my stiches come out?". We were told to pick up pain medication at the 24 hour pharmacy on Victoria street, only to find out the pharmacy closed at 8PM when we arrived there at 10PM. Be warned, there are options! Crest private hospital Palmerston North is in stark contrast with Wakefield Hospital in Wellington. I recommend putting up with the 1.5 hour drive and book yourself in at Wakefield, much better care, you will feel more informed and put at ease, at a cheaper rate than Crest.

  Thankyou to the team at Crest hospital. Very professional and caring. The place is well cared for by the cleaning staff as well as the nursing and reception staff. Thankyou for making my stay comfortable and thankyou to the medical staff involved in my procedure. Dr Murdock and team.
