  The team at The Manor have made my Mother very comfortable in her new home and have been there to support her in times of need. The environment is very friendly with daily and weekly activities for residents, so they maintain a good social connection to family and friends. Well done and thank you!

  The care given to our mother Margaret was compassionate and professional. The superb staff were patient and found innovative ways to manage her when she was unwell and reluctant to comply. The overall attitude of the team was inclusive and 'family-like'. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for this type of care for their loved one.

  The staff at Palmerston North Manor were absolutely awesome. My mother had a week of respite care in Palmerston Manor and they were welcoming and caring from day 1. Mum enjoyed her stay with them and has said she would love to go back.
