::Brought my bike in for a check-up and a bit of a fix after neglecting it for a couple of years, and Owen was super nice, explained what he was doing, gave tips, and even tidied the cables and did some extra stuff for me overnight! A bike mechanic who doesn't make you feel dumb and explains what he's up to? The rare unicorn among bike mechanics!
