  Very friendly staff, from security to receptionist. The Consul and his Attaché were polite, helpful and patient when giving instructions. Very satisfied with the way they handled our PACS.

  Some of the reviews are quite conflicting. I had a good experience nothing over the ordinary. The staff were helpful and the security was so good.

  To be honest we were a bit apprehensive due to the existing reviews here although we had an amazing experience when applying for our visas. Cliff (security) and Stephania were very kind and receptive and they answered all of our doubts and questions. We are very satisfied with the services provded at the French Embassy in Wellington.

  I have travelled to most countries in the world and I have never spoken to a more ignorant rude person, the lady who answers the phone at the French Embassy in Wellington. She spoke so fast I could not understand her, she would not stop, she gave wrong information, she would not listen to me when I queried her so I could understand how to negotiate the French Embassy website. She was the most arrogant and rude person I have ever spoken to in any business and I am 62 years old. She was rude, she would not stop speaking to let me explain. I am a film maker and should have recorded her absolute rudeness and put it up on You Tube ... maybe next time I will do that. If there is a next time, the purpose of my call was to get information about a Tourist Visa to New Caledonia .. after the unbelievable rudeness from this lady we have cancelled our plans top New Caledonia.
