::Lady there is rude and aggressive. On many occasions I've seen her snap and a wide variety of customers. She yelled at a little girl not to touch any thing when she very gently pointed at a sequined bag to show her mother. I work in a vintage shop also and can verify that she has never gotten aggressive for a valid reason.

::Not your standard op shop... should've known something was up when I walked in and a generic baseball cap was $39. Went to buy a standard looking belt thinking the fairly small price tag said $15... Got to the counter and it was $115. Got laughed out of the store by the woman at the counter. Obviously due to my own foolishness a bit, but felt it was quite rude. I didnt expect Salvos like bargains given the location and store ambience, but not sure what the target market is here when most things are more expensive than something similar you'd find new in any store. Just not my world I spose. Found Thrift and Recycle Boutique down the road to both be far more reasonable alternatives that still had good stuff.

::By far my favourite boutique in Wellington they have an amazing selection of new and old stuff, they also sell one of my favourite artist Xoe Halls beautifully hand painted items , the staff are extremely helpfull and will give u a honest opinion on how something looks and have great knowledge on fashion be sure to take a look :)

::Much like the other reviews, the younger lady is extremely rude. While the selection inside the store is good, the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. The younger lady who works at the cash register has a really bad attitude. She has an elitist attitude and comes across like she knows better than anyone else. She is rude and impersonal. She doesn't seem interested in helping customers and makes rude comments to your face about sizes (at least it's to your face). It's strange because when you work in retail, especially in vintage stores the sizes are hard to know for sure without trying them on. Be careful if you want to try things on because you will get bullied. The young lady refused to let me try on clothes because she said that certain things I wanted to try on wouldn't fit. She grabbed them from the hanger and took them away. Crazy behaviour on her part. She then remarked that I come in all the time and ignore the sizing on the tags. This is not true and ridiculous. We promptly left the store and will never return. Whoever the owner is should fire this employee. If this is the owner, you are in the wrong line of work. Horrible experience. Stay away from this place. It's not worth it.
