  Worst branch in all NZ. The staff was not helpful at all. Was obvious that the lady at the counter does not like her job and try to avoid to do her duties. She refused to process a IRD form claiming that was incomplete. Was only an excuse to avoid to process the form. The same application was taken without hesitation by another branch.

  Lines are always long at EVERY NZ Post and Kiwibank regardless of where I go! Or time!

  At Christmas time I went here to send a parcel overseas for the first time. The staff could not have been more helpful even though it was really busy.

  Postman from here left his handbrake off his van and it rolled down the hill and trashed my garden and fled without leaving any details appalling behavior
