::Disappointed with their service. 开车发生意外，打电话求助，但他们只说要终止租约，然后让我自己想办法到奥克兰。如果我有车，就不需要租车了吧？他们根本就不理会乘客安全而且车子里程数很高。而且在意外发生之前就打电话询问一些细节，但客服人员都很不耐烦回应。他们价钱不便宜而且公司规模不小，一切经验总结一起只能用失望来形容。

::On the road with Jucy, who promised us a new vehicle. 130km on it. When booking, where promised a 3-5 day extension option so we stayed flexible. 4 days prior to returning vehicle, they are reneging on their flexibility offer. What? You think we wouldn't have just paid for the full time off the bat? Now in dealing with the office, they are threatening a 500$ late fee + extra daily charges. It will reroute the entire holiday. We only flew from Canada! Now we have been heard and put on hold since this explanation began. They are happy to serve you quickly when you want to rent, but when there's an issue, please spend an hour on hold. Best part, they don't even know who booked us at the Auckland office! Jucy vehicles are nothing but a cheap fleet of wannabe tour campers. Use Kiwi Campers or pretty much any other option. 0 stars for you!

::Efficient booking, collection and drop off. Free shuttle to Christchurch airport from depot was great. Rented the 'Styla' car and was new and in good condition. Would definitley use Jucy again.
