  I am annoyed at the 2 queue system the Kaiapoi branch has. I mainly bank and post at Phillipstown and Eastgate where they have a 1 queue system. Democratic and it works well. Yesterday while in a hurry, like everyone else, 3 people were served before me, that came into the post office after me. I had good grounds to make a very noisy protest, but because the staff there are extremely good at what they do, I simply left without making a fuss. When is this system going to change to a more equitable form where people are less likely to want to change banks?

  I find it extremely frustrating that this post office is only open Monday - Friday and closing at 5pm on these days. For a full time working person it makes it nearly impossible to ever get here on time. It was a silly idea closing on Saturdays.

  This is the worst post shop I have ever been to! Tried to do a RealMe app for a passport they never sent it on and we tried to get our bank account verified here too and they never sent that through either. Went to Northwood post shop in Belfast to do RealMe again because application was cancelled as kaiapoi never sent it through, Northwoods did it straight away and we got an email while still in the shop saying application done and being processed which just showed us what bad service we got from kaiapoi no explanation just got told bad luck sorry!
