Bad service. Went to uplift a parcel requiring my signature that I wasn't home for when delivered. The staff member didn't even bother to look to see if the parcel was there (which it was) and fobbed me off w/a story about not being in the depot until after 4.30pm. I knew from previous times I'd had to do this that wasn't correct. Had to go home & check the track & trace on NZ Courier website & found parcel delivered to depot 30mins before my request for uplift. Went back, told staff what time it was delivered to their depot. No apologies for the inconvenience and bs I was told the first time. I'm only commenting because this isn't the first time this has happened. Lack of nearby postal services means we have to put up with this sort of thing and a little more care by them would be in order.

I have always, always received excellent service on my frequent visits. It can be very busy and I am amazed at how the team there stay so pleasant. Keep up the good work team.

Good location but it can get extremely busy at peak times e.g. xmas, therefore meaning a hideous wait. Kiwibank is a shocker as it is nothing more than a mirror image of the Australian banks with no observable difference between them and the Australian competitors. Independent thinkers, not likely, they are appalling with severe and harsh policies which penalise with no understanding of the situation. I personally feel they are an insult to the name Kiwi and believe should rebrand to Aussiebank. Not that I am impressed with Aussie banks. For example BNZ is not NZ owned anymore. The staff are not particularly friendly at this branch and at times grumpy and intolerant.
