  Great Staff and very easy to find products required

  Staff stand around talking and do not go out of their way to ask if you need help. If you do interupt one of their catch up sessions they will not go out of their "department" and will simply point you in the direction of what you are looking for. Staff seem so disengaged with customer service.

  The 2 staff members standing near aisle 38 having a chat couldn't tell us where to find what we were looking for even though the front counter told us which aisle it was in and that they had said item in stock. Simply said they had none in stock. Go to bunnings, way better customer service.

  Lots of choices in hardware, tools and gardening. Some cheap and nasty brands, but talk to the staff, they usually know what's value for money.

  Always pleasant and give helpful advice then after shopping in their cafe a lovely cuppa...what more does one want
